John "Hondo" Havlicek (National Champion, NBA Champion, CBB/NBA HOF, R.I.P.)

The three at NC were in a bad spot..freshman were ineligible and then the next year freshman were eligible..Stahl lost time to incoming frosh Mitch Kupchak. Hoffman was one of the best shooters I ever saw, Lefty. WR scored in the 100's many games in 71 without the three point line. I believe their closest game all year was 13 points..But the memory is failing...too much Srohs back in the day.
