A few years ago I would have said 75, right now, 55 - 60. It isn't much fun when you have two factors in your job that aren't related to each other at all and maybe not on purpose seem to be working against each other. Meaning one telling you to do stuff that you know will screw the other one over and not listening when you tell them that.

Ditto; I just got promoted and get a free new laptop, Blackberry, and a bunch of other electronics; but I also get a monthly paycheck...

20%...I like it due to the fact that I've built a network for myself, but I am also actively searching for new employment...so if there is anybody you know in Chi-town that needs Romo and his entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic, have them give me a call...also, I'm thinking about moving to Columbus, and I'd be more than willing to be a sub for any of BP's fine educators of youth...of course after I get my certifications and whatnot...
