Just when I think FSU couldn't be any more of an affront to American higher education.....

I mean these allegations are national news and who makes the public response? The fucking booster organization! Even Auburn is looking at these clowns and saying, "wow, you've got some seriously screwed up priorities and governance issues!"

I like to think that there might be some serious non-sports journalists out there looking at this situation and picturing themselves picking up a Pulitzer.

Walt Bogdanich, of the New York Times, is already on the scene in Tallahassee. He has already won three Pulitzers (and so, is going for four).

He just quietly went about his business of trying to keep the chaos as quiet as possible. I guess that's why Switzer never really bothered me, he never put up a facade in terms of what he was (got caught trying to sneak a handgun on a plane for fucks sake). Some of the older guys here might get this analogy(younger guys will have to look it up);

Tennessee has suspended leading tackler A.J. Johnson and defensive back Michael Williams amid a sexual assault investigation.

The school announced Monday afternoon on the football program's Twitter account that both players had been suspended "from all team-related activities" without going into further details. Volunteers coach Butch Jones confirmed earlier Monday that members of the team were subjects of the Knoxville police investigation without naming anyone.

Evidently, Butch Jones does not run as tight of a ship as Jimbo.
