Jim Tressel (National Champion, ex-President, Youngstown State University, CFB HOF)

Whatever it is that Lt Governors do, it's about to get done a lot better
If your question is a serious one, I think it's like the Vice President.. Vice Governor.
But, I'm not entirely sure what a governor does, other than sign bills into law. He probably gets to drive around the Ohio National Guard, too. So... the Lt. Governor gets to... um... yeah, I don't know, either.

I'm pretty sure they have the power to declare war on other states.

Just sayin'
Like one that is north of Ohio? (guess I was late to the party there) This is seriously awesome, men of his caliber get a job done right regardless of political affiliations. From National Champion coach, to President of YSU, to Lt. Governor. What a wild ride of careers but it suits him very well.
