Personally, since Chuck Csuri is involved with the use of these uniforms, I'm not going to whine about what they look like.
As a two-way tackle, Chuck was the team MVP in 1942, and was elected team captain in 1943, but a little thing called World War II caused him to miss that football season. He was awarded a Bronze Star by the Army for his heroism as a field artilleryman during The Battle of the Bulge.
Since earning a masters in art at tOSU in 1948, he has been recognized worldwide as a pioneer in computer art and graphic design for decades. He's been on the tOSU faculty since 1949, and is still a professor emeritus that right now has an exhibit showing in downtown Columbus.
