My point is i just want to see great football! As long as the S&G is there that is all that matters to me! Unfortunately college football has become big business! We can't change that! If we stuck to tradition the guys would still be wearing wool sweaters and leather helmets!

Uhh...umm...okay. About the only thing that I can see saving this is the nice touch of a WWII tribute. I was going to say if its THAT aesthetically pleasing...but knowing Nike's history with jersey aesthetics...

Big difference between improving equipment for safety and needlessly changing jerseys for money. Especially when they'll probably look terrible.

On another note, I think it's reached the point where us Buckeye fans can't really point and laugh at the gimmicky shit other programs are doing. This week alone they're announcing an alternate camo uniform, playing a real game on a Thursday night and setting the table to break up the greatest rivalry tradition in all of sport.

Not only can we not ridicule the others anymore, our team is shooting to the head of the class. :(

Pretty sure that's fake. It's dated tomorrow, and I seriously doubt Nike is making Florida's uniform out of gator skin, or putting houndstooth pattern on Alabama's.

then why do script ohio? why hand out gold pants? why jump in mirror lake? To ME (and I understand not everyone is like me) that stuff is what makes it THE Ohio State University. Not only do we win, but we have 70 year old traditions that 2,3, and 4 generations of Buckeyes have celebrated.

It says "gator skin motif" not "actual gator skin".
