Holy crap didn't know that. He really has zero coaching experience other than a grad assistant. He really is a 25 year old punk that got the job because his daddy gave it to him. For some reason I just assumed he was qualified.

Qualifications for a job is whatever the guy doing the hiring says it is. Obviously the bar is a lot lower for being qualified as an assistant football coach at scUM than it is at most other schools.

Well don't sell him too short. He was in charge of statistical analysis, self-scouting, and breaking down opposing defenses for the Ravens in a Quality Control position. Which means that he was at least AROUND a lot of coaches. Probably counts for something.
