Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

He may have all the book smarts in the world (supposedly accepted to Stanford)

Pardon my cynicism but I remain dubious of that claim.

I'm thinking his transcript was skrong enough for Samford, maybe not so much Stanford.

Easy to see how a guy who doesn't understand what the word "no" means, could be confused by the two.

Tampa Bay Bucs Didn't Interview the Woman Jameis Winston Allegedly Sexually Assaulted Because They "Read the Depositions"

The Tampa Bay Bucs shouted – bragged, even – that they interviewed around 75 people in the orbit of Jameis Winston before deciding to draft the Florida State QB. The one person they didn’t interview? The woman he allegedly sexually assaulted in 2012.

Wondering how a team can reconcile that? By reading the depositions, obviously.

Latest difference between Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota? Marketability potential

"Their awareness levels are comparable, but that's where the similarities end," Matt Fleming, director for talent acquisition for The Marketing Arm, told USA TODAY Sports.

Winston ranks near Johnny Manziel, Bill O'Reilly and Donald Trump in terms of "appeal'' — which leaves him in the bottom 2% (3,597 out of 3,664 celebrities on the list.) He ranks in the bottom 20% (2,994) in "aspiration" — whether a celebrity has a life to which respondents aspire to — alongside Nick Saban.

Winston is suing his accuser for Defamation and seeking $75,000 in damages.

It doesn't seem like the other side is that worried:

“This is an interesting choice by Mr. Winston,” Kinsman’s attorney, John Clune, said Saturday in response to the new filing. “The counterclaims put all of his prior misconduct front and center in the case by alleging injury to his ‘good reputation’ and the burden of proof is now on him. Refusing to answer questions isn’t going to work here. I’m not sure how well this will end up for him.”

That is exactly what an attorney says as they have an orgasm.
