Buckeye Chris

Theres No Cure For Laurinaitis
So with Ohio State in the sweet sixteen this is where I think it starts. Can the Buckeyes take it all the way this year?

With Kansas out Ohio State has become the favorite in the west. But with Tenn and Michigan state also fighting for the final four spot its still up for grabs but I see them pulling it out. So heres what I have for the final four...

Ohio State, Syracuse, UK, Duke

But it could easily be...

Ohio State, Kansas State, WVU, Baylor

So what do you think?

I think I'm really worried about Tennessee on Friday. If we get past Tennessee I'll be really worried about the game after that. Winning the tournament isn't a thought in my mind at this point. Friday may be a very tough game.

I think the lack of big men not named Lauderdale and no bench will eventually doom us against elite teams. I also think against those same elite teams our lapses we tend to have every game will severely bite us in the ass(like the first 5-6minutes of that GTech game).

This. People expecting to win the whole thing are in for a huge disappointment. I'm just looking at it one game at a time, and if it happens then I'm gonna go off the wall crazy.'

Is it possible? Yes I think so and I don't think anyone could rule anything out with the way this tournament has gone so far.

tOSU IS elite. Whether some fans want to admit it or not. They are proving you don't have to go eight deep to kick ass if your starting five are straight up ballers.

I seriously doubt we've seen Turner's best game. Every team, even the ones you're thinking of when you think "elite", make mistakes. It's a game of runs. The Bucks have the ability to put together runs with anyone in the country.

A lot of people are still selling Lighty's defense short against the bigs. If this team loses, it's not going to be due to matchups; it's going to be because all four shooters go cold at the same time. As long as at least one guy between Buford, Diebler, Lighty and Turner are hitting shots and having a big game, this team moves on.

Lighty's offense has been a key as well.
