It feels good to have stayed positive and optimistic about this teams progression, its much easier to give up on a team like this than to stay with them. Slowly but surely the guys on this team have built confidence within themselves and even more importantly, built confidence with each other. IMO that was the main missing ingredient, the ONENESS of the team lets call it. This team had individual talent from day one and each game there were positives to work with, so it really wasn't that. Now that they have that trust and confidence in each other, coupled with putting in a complete effort defensively, we can see the ultimate results that all the fans want...beating the best teams in the nation aye! We also saw what decreasing our turnovers can do (2nd half), we were able to keep up a favorable flow and pace on both ends of the floor and honestly it was a beautiful thing to see. There was passion and an energy on the floor between the guys like I really haven't seen all year, and like I said earlier, even if this does nothing for us tournament wise (which I suspect, unless we win at Michigan State), this does so much for the team mentally going forward into whatever tournament were in at the end of this season and leading into next. This was a very enjoyable game, exhilarating really, I was literally out of my chair standing for 20mins real time at the end there, cheering and yelling, it was a truly great time! GO BUCKS BABY!!!!!!
