I typically wake up every day around 12:30, 3:30 and 5:30. The days that suck are when I can’t go back to sleep after the 12:30 or 3:30 wake up.Been awake since 1:30 this morning. Fortunately only one meeting this morning so if I can just focus for a few hours I am good. Then try and avoid falling asleep at my desk this afternoon;-)

Ha ha I’m on BP so yes screen time could be an issue. Plus I read on my phone. I have tried the screen illumination color settings that are supposed to be okay. I struggled reading with the reddish hue.Screen time before bed?
