Time to ship out platoons?
Spotty offense might be result of inconsistent playing time

It's far too early in the season to be making definitive judgments, but there is evidence to suggest that platooning at three positions has been part of the Indians' problem rather than a solution.
The Tribe's offense has been spotty at best, seldom taking advantage of runners in scoring position and rarely when the bases are loaded.
To a degree, this shortcoming has been the result of slow starts by two novices, second baseman Josh Barfield and third baseman Andy Marte, now on the disabled list with a strained hamstring.

I can't even imagine the Tribe trading away their best pitcher or letting him walk after the season. I really believe they are committed to their pitching and will do what is right. Dolan always said he would loosed the purse strings when they were a contending team, well, the time is now. I assume the Post thinks we should just trade CC to the........Yankees?? Get the fuck outta here.
