I’ll give the fuckers some credit. They aren’t out there running a Mickey Mouse offense. They aren’t trying to kill the clock. They are playing a proper football game and I respect that.

Their defense is what impressed me. They stepped up and took two touchdowns from us. This game should be just about over at this point but their defense has bailed them out.

If we can get one more score I think their defense will quit.

Yep. This is a good football team.

What Cignetti has gotten out of a roster with 57 three stars and only 10 four stars after only one year is pretty remarkable. And he's going to have a way easier time recruiting after what he's done this season. He has an eye for talent and can develop. Thats why Saban trusted him so much. Indiana should only be getting better.

Then we have Beilema at Illinois who is a good coach and making them respectable.

And we have Fick at Wisconsin who's a hell of a coach and moving on from Longo...

Everyone expected the Big Ten to become more competitive after this season. And it will be. But not because of Washington, USC and UCLA like everyone thought, but because the middling Big Ten programs are stepping up.

I personally love to see it. As long as Michigan ends up in the bottom half of the conference every year.
