I think the odds of a shut-out are slightly better at Illinois and at Northwestern.
At home, Tressel can reach much farther down the bench and play 47th string walk-ons if he wants to. But with the limitation on travel-squad size, You can only get to about your 3rd string when you're on the road. Our 3rd string just might be good enough to preserve a shut-out against the likes of ILL and NW.
This is also the reason I'm not going all-in today. Tressel just might play enough of the bench to allow the Hoosiers to get within 4 TDs at the end.
