I just got chewed out by our chicken shit office manager (and by chewed out, I mean she came to talk about something else entirely, then tacked the bitchfest on at the very end before running away and slamming her door) for having a certain picture on my desktop (seen below).
Now, I'm not going to be fatuous and suggest that it's not provocative. But it certainly isn't pornographic, and this is the first time it's been noticed/mentioned in the three (maybe four) months I've had it on there--probably because I'm the only one who ever looks at my computer. ...well, until now, obviously. My question is, am I in the wrong here? Other people have customized their desktops as well, albeit with tamer stuff, so where is the line drawn? If looking at it is arousing to someone, then it's wrong? What if I find clouds arousing? Does that make them inappropriate? Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with people?
