While most of Central Ohio was snuggled up in a blanket trying to stay warm over the weekend, members of the Ohio State coaching staff were hard at work hosting some of the top prospects in the country. Making the short round trip to the OSU campus on Friday were class of 2016 defensive back Austin Andrews and 2017 defensive lineman Derrius Mullins of Columbus DeSales.
Mullins, a big and physical lineman at 6'5 and nearly 300 pounds, might be a new name to Buckeye Nation, but should be one to keep an eye on for the future. Reportedly already holding offers from Mid-American Conference programs such as Bowling Green and Toledo, the sophomore is no doubt one of the top lineman in the Columbus area.

Haven't seen a thread on him yet. But the backup to Jake Hausman at TE, and is close to a Buckeye offer. It would be big to get another Moeller kid in S&G in multiple years. Rooming with Hubbard this summer for camp can only help. But I wonder how many TEs the staff plans to keep on the roster if Farrell commits for 2016 as well

The 2017 class may have another RB commit, and consideration will be taken to Jarell White among others. There are 3 other RB options in OH alone that could fit well in the offense.
He recently impressed at Ohio State's Friday Night Lights camp, and being there was special because his father, William White, played for the Buckeyes and later in the NFL.
"I was with the cornerbacks doing drills, but Coach (Luke) Fickell came and got me to go with the linebackers," White said. "I thought I did really well, and then I went and visited Ohio State the next day."
"Coach Fickell introduced me to Darron Lee, because he said that's who I remind him of," he added. "I would be comfortable at linebacker, because I'm used to chasing fast guys around. Ohio State is a great school, but I'm going to visit other schools because I'm interested in everyone. I've heard from Florida State and Oregon."
