South stands as well
for some unknown reason there were 2 Illini fans a row or two behind me
they were unbearable through the first 25 minutes of the game before fading to despondency by the end of it

It was clearly OPI just as much as DPI. He was pushing the defender just as much as the defender was yanking on him.
Edit - My sarcasm with this post may not have been as clear as I had intended.

It looks to me like the defender had a hold the of receiver's jersey within 2 yards of the line of scrimmage and continually held on all the way down the field. I don't see OPI at all. How do you push a defender (i.e. backwards) when you are running full speed (i.e. foreword) down the field with just a straight arm? It looks to me like the receiver just extended his arm in a "stiff-arm" technique to try and keep the defender away from his body. I still say it should be DPI.
