Just curious but what happened to this guy? Don't understand why the drop off in recruiting. I know we're in on a lot of big names but this kid has some serious speed.

It's nothing the staff is or isn't doing. Kids make decisions and sometimes Ohio State doesn't come out on top... and pulling in an out of state 5* is really tough no matter the circumstances. Urban makes sure no one recruits harder on the road than Ohio State and we can take solace in that

MVP of the Under Armour game...looking at page 1 of the thread it there was an article long ago where he said osu was one of his two leaders...

looks like he was offered before grimes and lindsey...

wonder how Tyjon would feel if we brought him in? (seems like Martell wants him)

looking at the BP official offers thread, it says he was our 3rd WR offer behind Keyshawn Jr and Omar Manning

Thomas has been recruited by the likes of Michigan, Ohio State, Auburn and others, but says he’s narrowed his college choice to the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Illinois Fighting Illini. It’s a decision he’ll likely make final during the February signing period.

OSU has not been in contact recently to my knowledge.
