Yeah, it's REALLY hard to wear a sweatshirt over a coat.Oh8ch;2021331; said:I would like to wear red, but it is going to be cold.
My only warm jacket is blue.
I also have a yellow scarf and gloves.
But seriously. Not that many people have red coats.

Meh. It's no more cheesy than the band and fans doing the Seven Nation Army thing.Buckeye86;2021383; said:And the OSU fanbase doesn't require gimmicks to make the Horseshoe an intimidating venue for said clashes.
Since it's in the books, people might as well wear red as everyone is pointing out, but it is still a stupid venture that makes us look like wannabe followers in my opinion.
Buckeye86;2021281; said:Devil's advocate: Wisconsin's primary color is red and whoever thought of a "scarlet out" for this particular game is a moron that doesn't need to be listened to.
Further devil's advocate: I will wear whatever the hell I want and I guarantee I will scream my ass off at an equal or greater level than 99.8% of the crowd, thus contributing to the atmosphere and home field advantage a billion times more than wearing a particular color would.
That said, when I go to home games I wear a home jersey, always have.
That said, I likely won't be in the stadium for this game so I really am just playing devil's advocate here.
I will take someone wearing white, red, gray, black, or some mix of the above who gets loud and involved in the game over someone who takes a bath is scarlet paint and sits on their hands the whole game.
