I need legal advice

I had an interesting chat with the city prosecutor today.

In the report one of citizen dildo's testimony claimed, "I was waiting for them", and this was "a planned attack." (Like I'm some fucking bounty hunter)

I was given a diversion application and (knock on wood) I can't see any fucking reason why the city prosecutors would not approve my application.
Look at it from their perspective, there are umpteen barfights every week in this city and most of the victims never show up to court, which means the city doesn't get squat.
The guy moved my court date to October 3rd to make sure the diverion application process has plenty of time to run its course.
If I do apply and become enrolled in their diversion program they get $300 bucks. Which road do you think they will take?

I am still trying to figure out why you called some guys a jackass that was with a group of four that were your size or bigger than you. I know everyone fucks up but a little savvy goes a long way. Next time bite your tongue, or next time a guy may pull a gun out and blow your head off.

Be careful, ekeen. Wolfboy will start tossing obscenities and red chiclets your way for suggesting maybe he could've avoided all of this had he exercised a little common sense.

Kinda funny, really. He gets in this mess because he just had to mouth off, and when some of us offer the advice he requests, he mouths off if he doesn't like it. There's a lesson there, but what are the odds he'll learn it?
