Ah I get a house and TG05 gets dinged for being an asshole. All is right with the the world. We want to close as soon as we can and move it.

If you must ask TG05 the house is 9 years old and pretty much all of the areas that we could look in were relatively expensive. After I finish the basement it should be worth plenty more than we paid for it.

You know what, it was just a joke. God people take shit so serious these days. I apologize if anybody was offended by my comment.

And again exhawg, congrats on the house. What does it have(i.e. bedrooms and bathrooms, square feet)?
