I have a problem with the way Well's coach is phrasing his words. A coach is suppose to back his player through his/her commitment and this asshole is stealing the thunder right out of the article. Time for 2nd guessing is over and this shithead needs to move on coaching high school football!!

Its obvious his Coach had another agenda. MoW, knew it too thats why he didnt tell his Coach that he committed to OSU back around Thanksgiving and he waited until Friday to do it.

I didn't care for his coach's tone either...

Saying something like "and not just Georgia Tech" makes it sound like he realized that what he was saying was stupid so he had to throw that in there to make himself not sound completely biased...

But who cares...Maurice is a Buckeye!

I can see the coaches concern. He is looking out for what may be his highest profile recruit ever. He wants him to succeed and his opinion is just that, his opinion. He is afterall a Florida coach and mainly when you think of Big Ten football you think of the 200+ lb running backs and he is just probable sterotyping. While we know we have used smaller backs before, this could just be the start of an evolution of our offense if we use the shotginn spread more often. A smaller back is better for that offense where he can come out of the backfield to catch passes.

The coaches opinion is not the issue - but he keeps that opinion to himself - period.

He can argue it was in Wells best interests to make a different decision if he wants. He can't argue it was in Wells best interest to be publicly second guessed. That tells you all you need to know about his coach.
