It has snowed in N'Awlins like three times since 1982 when I got here. Every time it looked like crash test dummies driving bumper cars. I was telling my secretary how you have to steer into the skid and accelerate - and she looked at me like I had just told her to drive into the oncoming train lights. :lol:

windy 32 took me 2 hours to get home and the dish just went out. AWESOME about 3 inches outside now. forecast is for 4-8 now. Im going to go do some donuts

Hell they can't drive when it snows here in Indy either. It is truly amazing how daft some of these people are....Gotta go make sure I have bread, milk, and eggs....

How's the flooding in and around Columbus the last few days? I have a 5pm flight tomorrow out of CMH (about same drive time as it is to IND, but more non-stops to Orlando from CMH) and saw something about flooding being an issue around C-bus on our local news last night. I have two route options that I use to go to C-Bus and wondered if anyone might know the flooding status on either. The route I usually take is US33 from Decatur all the way in, but with about half of it being two-lane, I figured flooding might be more of an issue than my alternate, US30 to US23. But with 23 running next to the Olentangy for quite a ways, I'm starting to rethink that.

The rivers around here are getting stupidly high. The St. Mary's is probably no more than two or three feet from topping the bridge right down the road from me (US224).
