How much weight have you put on since college

Thump, that's just like you. I have a recent experience of a family with 5 children losing their father because of his dedication to the military. It is tough to picture a mom raising 5 young children without their father. You can never thank our military personnel enough.

By the way, Vin Diesel should stick to action movies.

I was hoping that you would notice the emoticon.

Of course we all thank veterans. I was just busting your ass.

Excellent formula but I think you left out the nights you have to travel or entertain customers! There is also a New Orleans factor.

Me I was a bean pole out of highschool, probably 190 pounds at 6'5'.
First year of college was at 215 thanks to unlimited food and working out. I was on a football scholarship. By the time I graduated I was fat and out of shape at 245. My weight has bounced all over, I was 230 when I met my wife nine years ago and now weigh 260 at 6'4". I do work out and the 10 pounds I have gained recently has been muscle. I could still lose 15 pounds but it would require more effort that I can muster. I am not sure my joints can take much more.

Was a scrawny 135 out of high school and gained 20 pounds in Air Force basic training. Stayed around 155-160 until I was 28 when I went to Belgium on a one-year tour and gained 20 pounds there. Got divorced and stayed around 180 until I went to Okinawa a few years later and went up to 200 (was in my late 30s at the time). I was 205 when I retired from the Air Force in 2001 and promptly ballooned up to 230. Now back down to 215 (48 years old). Hard to believe that a few years ago that I was nearly 100 pounds heavier than I was at high school graduation.

I too was in the Air Force and was stationed at Yokota AB in Japan. The only thing I gained was a real taste for Asahi and a bunch of "Oh fuck, what did I do?" morning afters!

I'm up 30 since college and 70 since HS... Lost 40 lbs last year, but gained 20 back (stupid calories in beer), I've been back at the gym 5 days a week this year and watching what I've been eating, but any gains have been offset by trips to Vegas and Mardi Gras...

My current goal is to be at my College Weight by mid-summer...

Was only 5'10" 135 coming out of High School. Made it up to 185 by the time I was done a tOSU. Made it up to 215 a couple of years ago. Down to 165 when I had a more active job. Back to 190 with a more sedentary job. Realized that I needed to actually workout, rather than letting my work dictate my health. Now I'm holding steady at 178 lbs.

So, I guess I'm down 7 lbs since college.

I don't really remember how much I weighed I weighed coming out of HS-160 maybe, but gained maybe 30lbs in college-beer, not working out or doing anything, now am at about 175-180. I make sure to getin my excercise at the gym now, but I still eat pretty much what I feel like.

I was 170 in college...

I fluctuate between 170 and 180 now...

I eat a ton and have an insane metabolism though.
Wait until you hit 30, man that metabolism shuts down.

I've put on about 30-35 lbs since college (20 yrs ago this year!), but most of that in the last 7 years since i got this damn desk job. This is the year i get back in shape, though (and I really mean it this time)

I have said that every year for the last 15 years. But I mean it this time.

Stayed at 5'10 175 lbs throughout HS...

Then ironically started to lose my work ethic as I played two years of collegiate tennis (definitely like my fifth favorite sport, but one I picked up midway thru HS naturally)...

Now after two years out of any competitive sports teams, I am 195 lbs. Hoping to get back down to around 185 or so.
