I spend much of the eight hours a day at work on BP. If there is no weather going on I have a lot of downtime.

i'm logged on 24 hrs. i dont close the page on my work PC, but i'm active probably 8-9 hrs daily - man i have a problem :!

We who are in BP.A. came because we finally gave up trying to control the time we spend on BP. We still hate to admit that we could never stay on line a short time. Then we heard from other BP.A. members that we were sick. (We thought so for years!) We found out that many people suffered from the same feelings of guilt and loneliness and hopelessness that we did. We found out that we had these feelings because we had the disease of BPaholicism.
We decided to try and face up to what BP had done to us. Here are some of the questions. See how you do; however, try to answer honestly:

Depends....
I'm generally active 4-5 hours a day, but I don't ever close my browser window unless I have to reboot or something....
If it's slow at work I'll be on for most of my shift.

yes thats why i now have the remote pc lock - keyfob that locks your pc when you get more than 5 feet from the transmitter - ok, i have it for real work reasons but this doesn't hurt either

I usually stop in two or three times a day when I get a breather. Is a nice distraction for a little while.

it depends on how much stuff is going on, during the seasons more (football, basketball, recruiting are the three seasons to me) in the offseason not very often (i rarely stop in during the summer)
