The Rav 4 is what hit me & yes they totaled my 11 year old car with 97,000 miles on it but it had $2500 in damage & the value was $2000,that was why it was totaled.
Her 2007 Rav 4 when she hit me her right rear door was smashed shut,would not open at all,& her right rear wheel was bent which her son was pretty sure the axle was bent. So my car did hers a bit more damage than I thought.
