Well, with us now being up to 20 commits and Corey Brown looking like he'll pull the trigger in less than two hours, there's no longer any doubt that we'll sign more than 25. Brown would give us 21, Hall and Newsome have slots being held for them by the staff (that's 23), chances are very good with Berry and Emilien (would be 25), and we're needing at least one more OL (either Watt or, if offered, Prior, which puts us at 26).

Right now, we have 23 slots available, but it will be 24 once Clifford formally transfers. At least one junior should declare early, moving the total to 25. If Barnett does graduate early, he could be counted against the 2008 haul, enabling us to snag 26 for the 2009 class (with 25 being counted against the 2009 class).

With Brown and McDougald pulling the trigger within minutes of each other, we now have 22 commits, and with all the others that are pretty much locks, 26-27 commits is all but a certainty...
