How long is your lunch "hour"?

I leave at 11:15 to work out when I am at the office. I am usually back at 1:00. Like many others there are days when I do not eat lunch. Those days are few and far between.

full time student + internship = eat lunch while making the drive from school to work...

So about this salary stuff... I'm liking those lunch hours. I'll have to use that in my upcoming job search.

I get an hour and try to stick with it. My boss used to be extremely anal about each of us had to take one hour and there always had to be two people in the office at all times. There are three people in our portion of the office. I finally convinced him we cannot always have that type of coverage as he and I often attend lunch meetings together.
