How dumb are drivers in your state?

I can't say I'm surprised to see Ohio drivers in the bottom half.

The accompanying test is ridiculously easy (I scored a 100%) making the results of the survey quite scary.

Shittsburgh drivers are pretty stupid. Partly it's because they're old (Allegheny County is the 2nd or 3rd oldest large county in the country after Broward and West Paul Beach), but stupidity is up there as well.
Some of the things that just annoy me:

Not turning on red when there is no "Don't turn on red" sign

Letting people in when the light is green and the other person hasn't even been waiting that long

Refusing to honk the horn when somebody doens't move on green

Even though there are 2 lanes turning left onto the ramp to a major highway, all the drivers line up in 1 lane. I never understand it.

Don't get me started, work for a large ins. co. in OH-IO. Ridiculous to say the least. Some gal the other day hit a pedestrian in an intersection with a stop sign. States that she stopped at the sign, but the police report says she left 53 feet of skid marks. She was concerned about her 93 Mercury Topaz only carrying basic liability. Call Safeauto if that's all the coverage you are going to carry for yourself!

You do realize that the horn is an emergency item and in some states you can get ticketed for honking for reasons like that. I usually wait an extra 5 seconds if someone honks at me.

When I moved from Ohio to Florida back in 1980, my two biggest adjustments were:

1. drivers entering the interstate then coming to a full stop to check for traffic at the merge point;
2. gray death...the idiot geezers who think they can do what they want, when they want, and everyone else has to adjust or be clairvoyant.

SC drivers just tend to drive about 5-10 below EVERYWHERE you go. I'd rather be swerving for my life on a regular basis as opposed to go under speed limit.
