My new shop, a union shop, has about 50 employees and most have 30 years or more in the plant. One guy has been there longer than I have been alive.

Plastic industry is great honestly though nat gas being above $5 starts to cause problems.

Assuming this works out for me I gotta replace 80% of the work force in the next 8 years or so. Talk about a bubble ready to burst. Won't be pretty.
