More spreadsheets and the program database...:bonk:

Hopefully the next round will be much better coordinated and people will actually get that you shouldn't change classes around unless you absolutely have to. The members aren't happy, the front desk isn't happy, and then when you come bitch and moan to us we're not happy because you don't tell us when things change! Seriously, how hard is it to tell two people in our office "Hey, we had to change the time of a class." instead of "Hey, this time isn't right, our members are angry, why haven't you changed it!?" two weeks after you change the time and don't tell anyone who can make the changes to the database and website!? :pissed:

Just sitting around and watching the place implode around me.....I'm on call, but no one's calling. Only get called when there's a problem, which I fix. Board recall on Nov 8, so we'll see if the townsfolk recognize the same stupidity that I do. Gotta keep head screwed on straight, because can get fired for being insubordinate. Try to point out Supt's errors in a polite, professional, constant way.....oh well, it's a living.

Speaking of burning the place down...

Best work related fuck up I've heard of in ages and yes this really happened:


  • My old company gets a new VP of HR or whatever the hell his title is but its the top HR slot in the organization.
  • Numbnuts insists on bringing in his own personal assistant because no one at the place could possibly be good enough for him.
  • First things he does is reorg the entire HR department nationally which obviously causes some hate and discontent in and of itself.
  • First thing super secretary does is email the new org chart to everyone in HR down to the lowest level employee..............with payroll/salaries visible.
