Not at all. You can post whatever you want. Just because we disagree doesn't mean it has to be a pissing match. Its good conversation, I don't take it personal at all.

Yeah, but here's the difference: although Sixth Men come off the bench, most of 'em are still around 38-40 minutes a game. Walton was at 19 mpg when he won the Award, and if you project his numbers out to approximately 40 min a game, he'd be at 15 ppg, 13 rpg, 4 apg, & 2 bpg. That's huge. And plus, Walton was never a guy with a high scoring average. I think in his MVP year he was at approximately 18 to 19 a game.

living in ohio and houston for 14 years im a fan of any team from the area, and im a big fan of the rockets, hakeem, clyde the glide, kenny smith, robert horry, and sam cassell, on that team i think is a remarkable team and it is an insult to the city of houston to even suggest that the series' never happened... not only do i think the rockets wouldve beat them at least once i think they wouldve won both times and they wouldve kicked the shit out of mj and pippen cause they had depth, and the bulls just had a two man show

Do you seriously think that Jordan retiring and coming back coincided with the rockets winning those titles purely by chance? I think that's a text book case of cause and effect.

MJ wasn't in basketball shape until the following year. When they won 72 games (and apparently lost 2 to the Rockets). The Bulls won 6 championships in a row....the NBA was on strike for 2 years in the 90s.

I'm pretty sure that 27 made it clear early in this thread that he is enormously biased towards Da Bulls. So, I don't read all those books and stuff about sports and stuff. Why, exactly, did Jordan have to make his departure?
