Ty Williams shocked me the most in terms of passing the look test (Simon doesn't surprise me)

Simon scares me. It looked like Adam Homan was keeping up with Simon in the weight room.

I thought Noah Spence was looking good for a freshman.

Did Ron Tanner go on a snack run? He had the tropicana, kettlecorn and Grippos.

First off the bus? This is a tough one this year. I think Williams would give Simon a run for his money.

Meh, it's a fine line that no one has crossed yet in this thread in my opinion.

I hope people can see the difference between commenting on apparent work ethic in the weight room during the offseason versus saying something downright weird.

If my lasting contribution to this board is people considering how weird/creepy their comments are before posting something about 18-22 year old boys, I would consider that a success.
Not to pile on 86, these kids are much closer to men then they are boys.. in my IMO

1. I think I have to go with the "It's a little bit weird" vote.
2. But not because they're 18-22 year old boys. 18 and older are considered adults, and, therefore, not boys.
3. It's more like, to me, it's just weird for photographers to sit outside a movie star's house hoping to get pictures of him/her coming out to get her newspaper.
4. Maybe not QUITE as weird, because the movie star getting his newspaper doesn't signify the start to his next big movie.

Edit for full disclosure of weird: I clicked the thread to see the pictures, too.

Sayings things like "they look like Greek Gods!" and "do they look as good in person as they do in pictures?" (which were the two things that I have specifically commented on as over the line) is just as creepy when saying it about men as it is about boys so the distinction is meaningless.

Once again, it's a fine line between commenting on someone passing the "look test" (which I have done myself) versus an Anzalone situation.

I'm not saying that people here are pulling a whatever-that-guys-name-was with Anzalone, especially in this thread which hasn't crossed any lines to this point. That said, it can be hard to tell sometimes based on some of the stranger comments that float around in threads like this one- like the two that I already mentioned.

It's a bit annoying that I am apparently now associated with policing shit like this, but as I said, I would much rather people think about it before posting if it means avoiding looking like a bunch of obsessed weirdos- simply obsessed is preferable.

This thread is hilarious. I'm not sure about anyone else but I check the thread to see who has spent time in the weight room and who spent time at Krispy Kreme. I also like to see what the new guys actually look like because their recruiting head shots are usually not any good. Other than that I only care to see them crushing some scUM player in the fall.
