Home Security Companies

my house is protected by Ruger (RedHawk .44) and many others but its the closest to my bed, and by a 90lb chocolate lab who is a light sleeper and sounds very intimidating - and we have the sign in the yard as well

been a while since you've shot one? my ruger is super nice, third ruger that i've owned

I practice with a 10/22 regularly on a thousand inch course.

That (10/22) & your Redhawk (and Blackhawk) are also probably the best products in Ruger's line.

Whenever I had someone show up the range with a P series I knew it was going to be a long day. Mini-14s are a major pain as well.

I'm not really a wheel gun guy. I have a S&W .44 Magnum (from before the name change to Model 29) that came from my grandfather and a Dan Wesson 744 that I freakin' love.

I also carried a Charter Arms Bulldog in .44 Special for a couple of years...but that's not a magnum. :)

BTW do you handload? The Redhawk's real claim to fame is it's stronger frame and ability to hold up better with heavier loads. Just curios as to whether you take advantage of that fact (not for home defense for hunting etc).

I have used ADT for the past 10 years (it was included in the house for 2 years when we built it) we cancelled the monitoring after the second year (end of contract) They have still been monitoring it for the last 8 years for free. We have an alarm about once or twice a year for something stupid, but they call every time to check. I agree about the signs or just the stickers in the window.
