Wash me
Hey all,
Just wanted to send a shout from Costa Rica. It is amazing down here. Freaky animals everywhere, great fruit and coffee, and the possibility of me purchasing some real estate-- we´re sold.
I guess I don´t have much, though I´ll post a great picture of two girls ahead of us on a freaky plane. We went to a shack of an airplace, bought seats aboard a 4-seater plane that looked like it was tie-dyed, and flew a nerve-racking flight from Quepos to San José during which we all said goodbye. Even the pilot went scared as the weather threw our little plane all over the place. The two girls ahead of us assumed the head-between-the-legs crash pose for the full 30 minute flight. It was hilarious. . .
This nation is great! You have to go! It is totally a wing-it nation. We met a guy in San José who loved this volcano, and drove us 4 hours there for $60, and we have spent the last two days basking in magma heated springs, riding horses with cowboys up to watch lava fly, and doing half-mile long zip lines all the way back down. Good stuff. And muchos monkeys. :)
I´m sore and psyched, and on a plane to El Salvador tomorrow, and then on to Honduras for a week after that. God damn my overstressed soul needed this trip.
Anyway, yeah. Go Central America and Go Buckeyes!
