Disappointingly, the VG grew up.. and became a responsible human... much to our dismay

He now goes to bed at reasonable hours... doesn't find himself being woken up in a drunken stupor after the scUM game being raped by the appt owners dog ..

He is a responsible top level manager at a production facility...

sigh... such a huge disappointment... he was so adored when he was his old self.. along with the bearded one

you'd wait till 2am on a Friday to read the most hilarious drunken escapade stories imaginable... side splitting stuff... followed by a Saturday post of some of the best football player critiques you'd find south of the premium boards...

why do they have to grow up

do you actually know him? i used to read his website on ne ohio hs football, actually thats how i ended up here. spot on osu commentary. good hs recaps/talent reviews of the stark country (and beyond) hs football. and the drunken stories, rants/ramblings were epic....

Tried numerous times to drag him back in... he was at least a lurker for a while... but job commitment is extremely time consuming... sys stats say he hasn't been on for a couple years... that would surprise me... maybe the stats don't pick up if you come in via stealth mode...

He directly pushed many of us over here... He never believed he was the folk hero many of us saw...

He wouldn't be nearly as funny today.. he's probably sober all the time.. :biggrin:

Diehard wasn't all bad.. he just made a major major screwup in integrity... I have zero doubt he still lurks on here.. cuz he was addicted to this site... everyone deserves a mulligan...
