Good.

You don't think it's ironic that a guy whose a self-professed Buckeye and football expert has never been to a game?
Generically speaking? No, I don't think that's odd. I do think it's odd that Mili has never been to a game, because he seems like such a huge fan, but I really don't know the man. He could be afraid of large crowds, airplanes, corn and all sorts of other things that would prevent him from going to a game. He could be afraid that he has this heavenly fantasy about what a game in the shoe would be like, and he doesn't want to ruin it by attending a game that maybe they lose. He could be afraid that he would beat the shit out of every fan from the other team he saw at the game. He could be on parole. Maybe he doesn't have the money to fly roundtrip from Hawaii to Ohio, pay for a ticket and a hotel. Maybe he can't get away from work. Maybe he has kids and it just isn't practical for him to be 6000 miles from home.
The notion that you have to attend a game to be a true Buckeye fan reminds me of people who say that if "The Wall" is your favorite Pink Floyd album, you can't be a true Floyd fan.
I can argue with Tibor about Mili being a true fan simply because he gives so much time and energy to this site for no personal gain....plus I can argue with Tibor about anything- he's a dick.

I don't think the games I have attended make me any more of a Buckeye fan than Mili. I know people in Columbus who live and die for Buckeye sports, yet have never been able to attend a game because of ticket prices or whatever.

I believe Mili is in the military, stationed in Hawaii? So what, if he hasn't attended a game? I don't have to measure the contribution that Mili makes to this site to realize that he is a true Buckeye fan.

I've never seen so many people kiss a guy's ass as you people on this site.

Just busting the guys pills a bit and you become apologists.

I'm pretty sure attending OSU games in person is not a qualifier for being a true Buckeye fan. My brother is a huge fan and the only time he has been on campus was my graduation. Hell, I have not been to a game since I graduated over a decade ago but I still consider myself a huge fan. I've had to cancel plans the last two years to get to a game and I only live five hours away. I think spending a lifetime overseas in the military is a pretty good excuse to never make a game.

Also, you certainly could become more in-tuned with OSU football when you are away from it. It is something that reminds you of home. I follow the team much more now that I am out of school than at any time while I was on campus. Flipping on the TV on those fall Saturdays allows me to get my Buckeye blood flowing 350 miles away.

Edit: As always, Thump's a homo. Especially after starting a thread about Nick Simpson and never including a picture of Jessica Simpson. Homo!

The loser talked about it for months and then he couldn't even make it.

It's hilarious how pathetic he is. :slappy:

Maybe if he spent as much time obsessing over my rep points on his checkbook, this wouldn't have happened.

Funny how he acts like an OSU fan when the fool has never ever been to a game, let alone set foot on campus. Would you recognize the Towers if you ever saw them?

Did the Super 8 refund your money??

Let's take this paragraph by paragraph:

1. Yes I did talk about it for months, and actually looked forward to it since the time Texas got put on the schedule...of any regular-season game over that last 4-5 years, this is the one I wanted to see. But, when large expenses for your house come up, you put them first. Then again, since you live in a fucking tent, you wouldn't know.

2. Pathetic is being a goat-pumpin', slurpee-pushin', pass-himself-off-as-a-doctor immigrant living in fucking Shitsburgh.

3. New phrase for you, "Unforeseen expenses". As for reps, keep dinging me when they have no effect...and you call me the dumbass.

4. Hard to go to a game when you've been overseas 28 of the 30 years since high school, and the two years not overseas you lived over a 1,000 miles away. By the way, I could give a shit if I recognized the towers, because the only school facility I'd be traveling 10,000 miles round-trip to see would be The Shoe.

5. Yes they did.

Not as ironic as a Buckeye fan being a fat homo.
