Pretty sure Air Force and Naval Academies see their scholly value > $320K.. that's what I remember hearing from them on the stage at one of my sons awards ceremony... couple of the players got them

There was a chalkboard posting how much in scholarship awards this class was earning... and the big guns brought the hammer with their value announcement
