Day woulda won this game playing finesse. If you do it well it works. Constantly trying to ram the ball up the middle with a patch work OL is just ignorant stubborn play calling and overall bad coaching

Yeah I guess you’re right… but I suppose what I mean is we don’t have a bottom line of physicality up front. We haven’t for a long time now. Probably since JT was here really. Just so happens to line up with Ryan Day coming on board.

He won 11 games at Indiana and you should google him lol… he wins a lot.

But he beat TCUN didn’t be?

There’s no replacement for confidence and he’s got it. Coach Meyer also stated his teams are unbelievably well coached.

Honestly I would be a fan of his hire.

The defensive line did its job until they got totally gassed at the end. It’s hard to blame the OL for this one because of all the injuries. The coaches put those guys in position to fail

Yeah it is a hole he placed himself in by trying to beat Scum at their own game. Why???

Somebody has to do a serious intervention.

Honestly, those games seem super winnable. I am not sure what Scum has coming back next year. Texas will be a issue. PSU has holes as well.

Sometimes to move forward there needs to be a bleeding of sort. This particular group of seniors are super nice, good people, but just can never get hungry enough to get over the hump.

A new crop may bring a different sort of attitude.
