He has to be on a ton of meds for sleep, anxiety, and depression.dude looks like he hasn't slept in 3 years....
He’s been in the gym. I think he looked noticeably thinner at the beginning of the season. He hasn't had multiple losses to TCUN. At worst, they vacate the wins and there is no outcome for Ohio State. With justice, they forfeit and he has the wins.
I know that look. It's the one that says "I'm all out of bubblegum..." It's the one that tells us he's getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night. It's the look that tells his subordinates to dust off their CVs. The change has been building since the Oregon game. The embarrassing effort against Nebraska. The lack of coordination between Knowles and Johnson. There is no more patience. Do your job or hit the road.
This guy can win multiple national championships and become a legend in college football. He needs a winter in the gym and a nutritionist to recover fully. He has the potential to be everything Urban Meyer thought he could be. He has learned what that is going to take. I can't communicate how positive I feel about this guy right now.
Could be Ozempic or one of the other recently-released obesity drugs. I've seen lots of suddenly thinner people in the past year, including Herbstreit. He’s been in the gym. I think he looked noticeably thinner at the beginning of the season.
fifyToo bad it tookthe straight lossesscU* cheating their asses off for him to get it.
Fuckin A.I have been as critical of Day as anyone and I am still somewhat skeptical but I have seen two things this year that give me hope.
One, reading between the lines post Oregon, he actually cracked two of his staff's heads together and made them unfuck their mess (DC and DL). It tells me he's learning to manage managers, not just be a high level individual contributor in a new job.
Second, and most important, he's got a thousand yard stare now. He was just a newb saying what he thought he was supposed to say before. Now he feels it.
You can see he's got his scars now and he never wants to feel that pain again.
As it should be.
According to what @BB73 has said, unfortunately a vacated win means no outcome for the Cheaters, not Ohio State. The Buckeyes will still have the L on their record if they are just vacated. He hasn't had multiple losses to TCUN. At worst, they vacate the wins and there is no outcome for Ohio State. With justice, they forfeit and he has the wins.

or we can just add one question to the job application form:Jim Tressell should be in the room whenever we hire a new HC from here until eternity.
