Well last week he couldn't handle any questions, this week he's happy again. Stick around, he may leave or stay depending on your boomer uncles next Facebook post - I am sure fans will be less crazy and quick to move on in the NFL or somewhere else.

Don't know if it's just me, but I think the whole mood thing was too played up by the beat.

Not surprised he was putting out feelers if he felt like the program and his career were at a crossroads. If he's looking to leave after either an NC or due to a hot seat, he'll be gone within 2 years. Either they win the big games or the calls for his replacement grow louder.

Was one of the podcasts Zach Smith's? I saw something there when I searched. If the other was BuckeyeScoop I wouldn't be too worried.

There is a not insignificant portion of the Ohio State fanbase that absolutely sucks.

ehh...not so sure about that anymore. I used to think about that, and then I thought about a nearly 30 year run of consistent success and how the fanbase was both grown and become accustomed to being spoiled by success.

Now it's a huge deal when the team isn't perfect OR if a game is closer than the "fans" think it should be...even if the percentage is the same, which I do doubt, the fanbase is larger, which still means more idiots saying idiotic stuff.

I made the observation last week - outside of the paycheck, I don't see why anyone would willingly want to put up with it.

the one I like to bring up is when the idiots would venmo CJ Stroud to tell him he sucked in the transaction memo.

And some of these fuckers will justify nonsense like that now. It's sickening.
