Hardware failure/site crash (12/21/08)

We were down from about 4am to 6am this morning after suffering a hardware failure of some sort. Site's been rebooted, and there are no signs of database damage or corruption.

Nonetheless, please report any mysql errors you may encounter today while you browse the site. I'm relatively confident there won't be any (just repaired and optimized all the tables), but there's just heightened scrutiny following any crash.

Funny thing, really. I went to sleep at midnight, and woke up at 4:30am feeling like something was wrong. Fired up the laptop, and no BP. My radar is in full effect.

The beard, at the very least, prevented database corruption. I won't rule out that it woke me up when it realized the site was down though.
