Birthday gift update:

Went out tonight after class for City Barbeque and Graeter's. Good stuff.

My girl got me a Reds hat, a Block 'O' hat, and a #10 authentic home jersey.

Also, does anybody remember the set of glasses they sold at McDonald's after the 2002 national championship - the ones with the NC logo, with one for each NC season and the score of each game that season on it? Well, I was able to get five of the seven when they came out, and I had mentioned it when we were unpacking stuff at our new place. She got me the rest of the set for my birthday. :biggrin: Of course, by the time January 9 rolls around, the set will be incomplete once more, but I guess that's a good problem to have, right? :tongue2:

If you can't tell, I lucked out and found a great girl who's as big an OSU fan as I am. Come Saturday, she'll be yelling at the TV louder than me. :biggrin:

They've finally all rolled in - here's the birthday gift update:

1.) Ohio State beats M*ch*g*n (again)
2.) Seiko Le Grand Sport from my girlfriend

3.) Dinner at The Celestial in Mount Adams with my girlfriend. Good service, excellent view of downtown and the river. The steak left something to be desired.
4.) Cleveland Browns hooded sweatshirt from my mom
5.) Tickets to the Browns-Bengals game on 12/23 - also from my mom. I'll be in the upper deck on the 40-yard line. I've been a Browns fan since I was a young kid and this'll be my first Browns game. It should be fun!
