I'll be scrub hunting for the first few days. The online multiplayer is what makes Halo special. I like the storyline as well but multiplayer will be off the charts and I am excited to see how many gamers will be on for the first four hours or so.

Campaign here. Other than a few hours of the beta I haven't touched halo in a long time. I also don't have wireless to my 360 yet. I'm debating on getting the new 360 or getting the wireless N adapter for the older model.

I wouldn't go with wireless when doing multiplayer. I avoid it due to some lag issues caused by going wireless.

I agree. I bought the wireless N adapter for my old xbox. It worked great, but in games like Halo and other FPS, that small bit of lag is the difference between a kill and a death. Friends always wondered why i played so bad when i was at home. Then they came over and played on the wireless and could notice a huge difference. I would try as much as you can to avoid wireless. I'm sure it is totally fine for some games, but it makes a huge difference in FPS.

The DMR or whatever it's called (the new BR) is sweet. I found the trick is to get into a rhythm, let the little red dot reappear after a shot and shoot again. Patience is key when shooting while being shot at, don't go trigger happy, and you'll be fine.

I was playing a level last night in campaign and after completing a part that was supposed to trigger the end scene/end of level didn't occur I ran around for about 30 minutes trying to get to where the objective marker still was. Only to find out that I couldn't. So I had to restart the whole mission over.
