At my gym each piece of aerobic equipment has it's own TV, no more fighting about what's on. There are three TV's above the stretching mats, weather channel, espn and CNN, they never change. I still prefer to look at the hot chicks with thongs.

I couldn't stand the gym anymore so I've been creating my own one piece at a time. Ab machine, stationary bike, dumbells, chin up bar...check, check, check, check.

Can't wait for the warmer weather so I can hit the track, hike some trails and dust off the real bike. It's almost here. :cheers:

- One of the worst problems I have is when I'm working out, the person next to me will have thier iPod so damn loud I can hear it over mine. They're always listening to pathetic modern rap like "Shop Boyz" or "MIMS". This bothers me.. and generally this person is also trying to look fierced, badass, and pumped up listening to their bitch music.

God that pisses me off. :biggrin:

Waiting on a lane in the pool because multiple lanes are taken up by walkers. No problem with people walking in there - I know it's good exercise and non-impact and all, but share a lane!

Also, there are a bunch of guys that like to sit on the steps of the lap pool and talk. Um...there's another entire pool RIGHT NEXT TO YOU for doing exactly that.

Lifetime. It's nice, and there are definitely some pretty serious athletes in there as well, but it gets its fair share of slackers. :p Again, I don't mind the pool walkers so much provided there's a reason (age, weight, injury recovery), I just ask that they share a lane.

No defense for the talkers. If there's one marked "Lap Pool" and another marked "Leisure Pool", I think it's pretty clear which one is meant for sitting around.
