I ordered it Friday and received it today. I was hoping to wait until the fall, since I don't have any time to play right now, but I wanted to be sure to get it since so many places aren't selling it anymore. Anyone have any feedback for it?

Would I have to do anything special to play this on 360?? I am thinking about picking this up, since I haven't played this one. I'm thinking of also getting III and Vice City. I could beat them all in time for next falls (probable) release of V

All those titles are on the backwards compatible list, and I believe all XBox360 generations are backwards compatible (not all consoles keep their backwards compatibility over their lifespan).

I would say you are good to go.

You'll need Live to download the update to make it playable on the 360 I believe.
