Well, he'd be a better option than the two other Forciers, who they're trying to bring in.

Paulus can play, but how soon, and wouldn't he need an NCAA exemption?

Jason isn't going to play. He wants to go to graduate school at UM. The only involvement he wants with the athletic department is maybe a GA.

Scout.com: Paulus trading in his Basketball for a UM Football???
Desperation move by RR. He did the same thing at WVU in 2005. Marshall was gone and we had PW and Adam Bednarik as QB's. So he convinced JR House, a West Virginia high school QB legend to give up baseball and head to Morgantown to play QB. Guy had an absolute cannon, but was really just an insurance policy because RR had no clue what Bednarik and PW were going to be like. After one year House headed back to the diamond.

Exactly why someone said that this program has become a joke. We'll worry about excuses why we lose to UM when we see that unbelievable result.

Not that he'd actually go in and beat out Tate or Denard for that matter. Paulus was a 4 star to scout, #9 QB in the class. If anything, he'd be good for depth and would help to push the freshmen in practice, that is all. Again, I wouldn't want the kid anyway.

Wow, this would be like a dream come true for you guys, if this happens. Annoying "Teabag" Paulus comes from nationally hated b-ball program Duke to play for hated scUM? Millions of Americans would take pleasure in seeing him get hit.
