My bad, I forgot that post 9/11 you cant say anything negative about law enforcement.
To clarify a little, obviously you cant say ALL, my bad. And by mental disorder, I meant bi-polar, b/c cops seem to go off and lose control at the drop of a hat. Their moods change faster than anything I've seen. I was going to explain that in my previous post, but was in the middle of something (fucking work).
My opinion is from a different point of view. I am not from a big city where being a cop means risking your life on a daily basis with dealers, rapist, murderers, etc. I am from a place where, as I stated earlier, most cops were clowns growing up, and now they always have something to prove. I am from a very small community, we actually don't have a PD, we have a county sheriff.
So if I offended anyone, I didn't intend to, but remember not everyone comes from the same point of view.
For the record, I have a very good friend who is a detective in Muskingum County. We have had discussions like this before, and he agrees about a lot of the department. His dad was actually killed in the line of duty in 1994. Our area has a history of bad cops....a lot of politics and corruption.
Again sorry for lumping ALL cops into one opinion, I wasn't being literal.
