Na, they fixed one LSC glitch only to leave another one uncovered. Patch 1.04 they fixed the first one, right? Yeah, theres a second way to glitch cars and resell them every 1-2 minutes. After R* reduced the mission payouts I got fed up and started exploiting it. It was still working as of yesterday, and from what I've seen on the forums it's STILL working :lol: I'm sure R* knows about it, can't believe they didn't do anything about it in 1.05. Between 1.04 and 1.05 I went from $4.4 million in earned cash (Mostly through missions) to $25 million earned with roughly $19 million coming from car sales. Most of that $19 million was picked up in 1 day.

Supposedly, the bicycle race "American Cycle" is a good, short race that you can do solo for a ton of XP. You don't get any money, but it will help you rank up fast.

It would be awesome if 360/PS3 users could run on the same server. It would be fun to have a 16 player session of BPers in free roam.

How much do you get per race? We've been doing "Criminal Records" on 3 laps as you get extra RP each time you complete a lap in that race. I've heard that RP caps out in activities though, which is why we only do 3 laps. We were getting something like 1/5 to 1/4 of a level per 1.5 minute race if I recall.

Yeah, R* was talking about creating some kind of Cheater's Pool for people that have used this method to make money, however to date they've only implemented the "Bad Sport" for people leaving missions early and blowing up personal vehicles. Just a word or warning there. They may not do anything in the end. I don't really have a reason to use the exploit anymore, I've bought everything I want. I did see a R* post today, replying to a question about people using the exploit. All they said was to "report anyone that is known to have cheated." So far they're not actively doing anything.

Big races do not pay much better for the winner (and much less for the losers ) and are a train wreck every time

Down the drain & Criminal Records seem to be the quickest & have decent payouts. Any others?

I haven't played in about 4-5 days. Just waiting for the stimulus. I'm was also on when nobody else was for about 4-5 days in a row. This game is not as fun by yourself. Ill start back up, maybe tonight.

I was getting 1950 RP every time. It took about 1:15 on average to complete the course.

R* has really fumbled the release of the game. Just when they're starting to get a handle on the bugs and get some stability they're going to begin contending with new releases coming out for the holiday season. I assume they're going to try and keep players around through DLC, I heard Beach Bum pack is supposed to drop early this month, but I think the Heists are going to be what make or break the game long term. Heists have obviously been completed for some time now, and were probably ready to go at launch, but R* is deliberately holding the Heists back right now to control the market and provide a carrot on the stick to retain players or reel them back in later. If the heists don't end up being that great, or if no one needs the income by the time R* finally releases them, it could be bad news.

It has been a Killer Nut ghost town on 360 when I've been on, so I've jumped ship to the open Ohio State crew for now, if only for the awesome "TOSU" crew tag.

My interest is waning. I still love bad company 2, still the best and most balanced fps on consoles. I am still bitter that they sunk money into the pit that is the Medal of Honor series instead of making a third bad company game. Because of those predictably bad sales they may stick to Battlefield only. Don't get me wrong, bf is a phenomenal series. It is just so intense. Bad company hit that very elusive balance between realism and arcade fun that counterstrike has on pc.

Wait, what thread is this?
