Grand Theft Auto Online - "Killer Nuts" Crew

@LovelandBuckeye and I were causing mischief in free roam last night - mainly bounty hunting with a buzzard helicopter. Needless to say, this made a lot of people mad. We chased a guy near the prison area, and I hovered for too long while trying to mow him down and he blew us up with a sticky bomb. Well played, but it was time to get some revenge.

We spawned back to life, both with our snipers out. We both saw him quickly driving across the dessert, but he was out of sniper reach. We noticed he was going to the airfield, so we stole the nearest car and headed that way. As we arrived it became obvious that he was making an aerial escape. We both jump out of the car just off to the side of the run way. The guy is in a crop duster (I think), Loveland hits the plane a few times with his assault rifle. I decided to stick with the sniper. I hit the plane a few times, but nothing seemed to be impeding his progress. Thinking he was about to make his escape, the guy made a slight left turn to run for the hills.

BOOM. The luckiest sniper shot I've ever had in any game was fired. A head shot to the pilot of a plane making a frenzied getaway. The bounty on him was only $1k, but the revenge - especially how it happened - was better than any payout.

I have my mic set to crew+friends, so I wasn't able to hear if the player was extremely pissed off or what - I know I would have been :lol:

Also, I stole a fighter jet and was trying to help @Clarity and Housebroken (both had bounties on them) flee from bounty hunters. I crashed into a building after trying to do some intense fly-by bombings :lol:

The shot he made was insanely difficult. I was plugging away with the AK. Not sure what I was trying to accomplish. Next thing I hear is @BuckeyeTillIDie all gitty with glee on the headset. Sure as shit, the plane goes straight into the mountain. :yay::yay2::yay3::groove: We hop in the ride and make our getaway laughing the whole time. Great shot is such an understatement.

I tried sneaking an online mission in last night while the wife was in the shower. I got the one where you had to steal 2 cars and bring them back somewhere. I'm starting to loathe these missions. I'm just doing them so I can get Martin as a contact. I read that he just randomly calls you after you've completed some missions....so I'm going back and finding the ones I didn't do while I was busy running with ulukin.

Anyway...I jump into the one and do autoinvite. I wasn't expecting anybody to join bc they never do, when some level 9 guy does. OK...off we go. It starts and he runs over and gets in my car. There are 2 cars we need to get. What sense does hopping into my car make? I'm already annoyed. I take off after the blip on the map. I did the quick GPS to it and I'm following the route when I see that the blip has moved. Great....it's one of the moving target missions. I did one the other night and wanted to put my fist through a wall bc I was chasing the damn thing for 30 minutes before I blew the whole mission and had to start over for ANOTHER 30 minutes. All for 1k.

So I stop the car to check the map and make sure I'm still on course. This guy must have thought I was lost and he was done with me and hopped out of the car. Good.....go get the other one, stupid. I catch up to my car and it takes off. I try to run it off the road a few times but no luck, so I bust out the smk and try to take him out. The cops aren't too fond of that and they start chasing me. This is what got me in trouble the other day. Whatever....I lose them for the time being and catch back up to the car, spin him out, then hop out to shoot him in the head and be done with it. Nope.....he takes off before my clumsy character can get out of the car. And then the cops show up and blast me.

No big deal, I'll just respawn and try it again. Nope.....no respawns. I'm stuck watching this moron try to get both cars back to wherever. I don't want to quit bc I think that gives you negative points, so I watch. Holy boring. He finally catches up to the car on the highway along the west coast. It has no idea he's chasing it, so all he has to do is pull in front of him, hit the breaks, and shoot the guy. Nope, he proceeds to go on a nice ride along side him all the way down the coast. It took him 10 minutes just to find the damn thing and now he's obeying the fucking laws of traffic.

Fuck it, I quit the mission and start another one. Didn't even look at what it was.........it's the one where I have to steal 4 ATVs. And I'm by myself. And I don't have a car. And I'm in the river under the bridge. 10 minutes just to climb up and get a car, then find the idiots on the ATVs bc the car I took must have had oil on their tires. BTW.....driving any sports car in the mountains is just a waste of damn time. I finally get to them, kill the first guy and take his ATV to the dropoff thinking it would end the mission. Nope....I need to get the other 3. 20 minutes later I catch up to the next guy, kill him, and realize I'm on the other fucking side of the map and I still need to get that ATV to the dropoff and then get the other 2.

Fuck this. PS3 off.

Doing missions alone sucks, but you can't ever get anybody to join them. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.
